  This how-to shows you how to setup Outlook to retrieve your email from our E-mail Server. To setup your Outlook to handle your new POP3 e-mail account, please follow the instruction below :-
  1. Select Tools -> E-Mail Accounts -> ... open the E-Mail Accounts dialog box
 
   
  2. Select Add a new e-mail account and click Next.
 
   
  3. Select POP3 and click Next.
 
   
 

4. Fill in the information needed
(a) Your Name field (eg. Mokhtar)
(b) E-mail Address field (mokhtar@skali.net)
(c) Incoming mail server (POP3) / Outgoing mail server (SMTP) field : mail.yourdomain
(d) User Name field (eg. mokhtar@skali.net), please put full user id
(e) Password field and select the Remember password item

Click Next

 
   
  5. Click Finish
